In Thai society, there are still many disabled and poor people who lack the opportunity to access jobs and careers with sustainable incomes due to a lack of necessary skills or support from society, the government, and various organizations. The Foundation for Children and Disabled People is aware of this problem and has therefore created a project to promote and develop careers so that disabled and poor people have the opportunity to develop skills and be able to pursue careers that are appropriate for their abilities, as well as to create stable and sustainable incomes.

objective:

  1. Promote skills and career development for the disabled and the poor by training and creating opportunities for them to pursue income-generating careers.

  2. Create opportunities to access careers, especially careers that are appropriate for the abilities of people with disabilities and the poor.

  3. Increase self-reliance and reduce the burden of relying on government assistance and charities.

  4. Promote community support and create networks for career development for people with disabilities and the poor.

  5. Promote social equality by reducing inequality in career opportunities and career development.

Target group:

  1. Disabled people, both in the form of physical and mental disabilities, may lack the opportunity to pursue a career.

  2. Poor people who may face problems in education and vocational skills, and may not have access to sustainable income-generating career opportunities.

  3. Families of the disabled and the poor who are affected by the lack of income

  4. Local communities that can cooperate in supporting and promoting careers

  5. Government and private organizations that support training and create job opportunities
